Fujifilm has announced that it's launching the FinePix J30, a compact camera aimed at consumers that ticks the "affordable" and "easy to use" boxes. The J30 has a 20mm thickness, a 2.7-inch LCD screen, 3x optical zoom, scene recognition and face detection. There's also a panoramic shooting mode, which will automatically stitch together three shots. It has a 12-megapixel sensor, and picture stabilisation tech. ISO goes up to 3200 at 3 megapixels.
The J30 will be out in August, but prices haven't been set yet. It'll come in silver, black and pink, and has a rechargeable battery and charger. We'll bring you pricing as soon as we hear it.
