TwittARound shows live tweets around a user's location on the horizon. Because of video "see-through" effect, users can see where the tweet comes from and how far it is away.
However, the current iPhone SDK lacks public APIs for manipulating live video, so it might be a while before this kind of app is available via iTunes App Store.
