Virgin Media announces four new HD channels

More high-def content coming soon

Virgin Media has announced four new high definition channels which will soon be available to its 3.6 million subscribers.

Apparently for the first time, LIVING will be broadcast in HD and will be joined by HD channels from FX, MTV Networks International and National Geographic.

The channels are LIVING in HD, FX HD with American drama, comedy and crime shows, MTV Networks International's HD channel, MTVNHD and National Geographic HD.

All four channels will be available free to XL TV customers with the first channel due to launch at the end of July.
