The team behind Seesmic Desktop, the Twitter application previously known as Twhirl, has announced a new version of the desktop software, as well as announcing Seesmic Web.

The desktop client has now seen a 0.4 release while Seesmic Web is a web-based browser version. Hit play now to have it explained to you by a member of the team.
