With all due respect to our international readers, there ain’t nowhere like London in the summer time.

Londoners have something of a reputation as surly, grumpy, I’m-too-busy-to-stop-and-talk types, but when the sun shines, all that changes. What a city.

But, getting the best out of the place can be a nightmare – it’s just so big. On top of that it can be a nightmare trying to round people up in one place at one time so that you can all go out and enjoy yourselves.

So, it’s no great surprise that somebody has come up with this site.
