Offering a new protection model, codenamed "Quorum", the new software features new "reputation-based security technologies" that claims to "tackle undiscovered malware and today’s toughest threats head-on".

In addition, Symnatec has announced that all "flagship" Norton products will be Windows 7 compatible with free updates for qualifying users due when the operating system is released.

These beta products are available now for free download now from www.norton.com with feedback requested via the Norton Public Beta Forum.
