Vodafone offers international "Super SIMs"

Vodafone has announced what it says are the first international SIM-only deals in the UK, with the claim they give customers "great value when calling friends or family worldwide".

The new "International Super SIMs" offers international calls from 5p per minute with the promise that calls will cost no more than 30p per minute to landlines and mobiles.

Available in £15 or £20 values, the SIMs are offered with 30-day contracts and no roaming fees in 35-plus countries.

Vodafone says customers can put the SIMs into an existing phone, and immediately get 200 UK minutes and unlimited texts for £15 or 500 UK minutes and unlimited texts for £20.
