London?
Rome?
Athens?

Nope, it's reputed to be the Isle of Man and for the first time the historic Tynwald Day ceremony will be broadcast live on the web today.

Ex-pats and interested onlookers can keep up to date with the cut and thrust of Manx politics and the rest of us can have a glimpse at something very few people ever get to see.
