WEBSITE OF THE DAY - Tynwald
A unique look at the world's oldest parliament
6 July 2009 0:00 GMT / By Ian Hughes
So, where's the oldest parliament in the world then?
London?
Rome?
Athens?
Nope, it's reputed to be the Isle of Man and for the first time the historic Tynwald Day ceremony will be broadcast live on the web today.
Ex-pats and interested onlookers can keep up to date with the cut and thrust of Manx politics and the rest of us can have a glimpse at something very few people ever get to see.
