CeBIT - Samsung Mobile picks up TV

17 March 2004 16:43 GMT / By Stuart Miles

Samsung Electronics has launched a colour TV function for its latest mobile phone launched at CeBit. The latest mobile phone offering will have the ability to pick up broadcasts directly from TV stations wherever you are.

The TV-Phone SCH-X820 gives users the chance to access all their favourite VHF/UHF channels in the same way that you would tune in a television.

The in-built antenna, 262,000-colour TFT-LCD screen should ensure viewing quality is high, while an exterior LCD phone on the clamshell design will allow you to operate the phones functions.
