Play.com offers 32GB iPhone 3GS for £900

Play.com is offering unlocked iPhone 3GSs for those that are prepared to pay the price.

The top-of-the-range 32GB iPhone 3GS is currently being offered for sale by the online retailer for £899.99. Delivery is free.

The 16GB model is also up for grabs, a little less at £799.99.

Play.com made headlines earlier this year by offering unlocked iPhones in the UK where only O2, Apple and Carphone Warehouse officially sell the phone.

It's thought Play.com sources the handsets from France, where they are legally obliged to be sold unlocked, although for a higher price, hence the cost.

Both models are available now with dispatch said to be in 4 to 5 days.
