Windows Mobile handset for Vodafone

Samsung C6625 announced

26 June 2009 12:40 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

Samsung, Microsoft and Vodafone have teamed up to launch the Samsung C6625.

Claiming the new phone offers a "new stylish way for today's business users to get more done on the move", it's apparently a keenly priced handset aimed at the enterprise market.

Offering Windows Mobile 6.1 with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet Explorer as well as email, calendar and address book, users can stay connected through Microsoft Exchange or Small Business Servers.

As far as specs go for the new handset, the only info on offer is that it offers a QWERTY keypad, while details from Vodafone are equally thin on the ground. We'll update this article when we know more.
