In the Lamborghini showrooms in South Kensington, Asus has just launched its G60 gaming laptop. It's a 16-inch beast, with a Core 2 Quad processor.
It also packs 4GB of DDR3 RAM, from a 320GB to upto a 1TB solid state hard drive, Blu-ray, and the impressive GeForce GTX 260M graphics card, which has 1GB of GDDR3 RAM itself. All that gives it a 3DMark06 score of well over 10,000.
There's also all your regular HDMI, SATA, and Firewire connections, 4 USB ports and a 2-megapixel webcam, along with speakers from Altec Lansing and a turbo button for easy overclocking. The keyboard is backlit.
The G60 costs £1500, and will be available in September.
