Gadget teardown website iFixit has already posted a video of the iPhone 3G S getting ripped apart, and its guts examined. Hit play on the video above to get a look.

Specifics of note are that the the internal design is virtually identical to the iPhone 3G, the battery is only about 6% bigger than its predecessor, the new graphics core is considerably meatier and there's a mysterious additional antenna near the dock connector.
