Design idea for never going short of a socket

Outlet wall concept revealed

16 June 2009 16:25 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

This American concept design could be described as a home cinema buff's dream.

With this vision, there'd be no more overcrowded extension leads, and no trying to cram the entire cable mess down behind the telly.

Instead, this wall of sockets would mean not only would you never be short of somewhere to stick your plug, but you could also ensure the cables were arranged in a pleasing way.

Perhaps not one for households with inquisitive little fingers though...
