As well as launching the E72, Nokia has also introduced the Nokia 5530 XpressMusic, describing it as a compact XpressMusic device with a touch interface and a brilliantly clear homescreen.Aiming the phone at the younger market, the homescreen also offers one touch shortcuts to the likes of Facebook and MySpace and it will be available in five "vivid" colours.
As with similar launches, the 5530 gets the "scrolling" Contacts Bar for direct access to 20 people and their latest conversations and updates.
As far as music playing goes, the 5530 XpressMusic boasts 27 hours of playback time and will come with a 4GB memory card.
Specs-wise, all we know now is that the 5800 follow up is a GSM/EDGE handset, gets a 2.9-inch widescreen display, a 3.2-megapixel camera, offers Wi-Fi connectivity, with a 3-month Boingo bundle mentioned for some markets.
The Nokia 5530 XpressMusic is due in Q3 for 199 euros, although final operator pricing will be different.
