Gadget gift site I Want One Of Those has announced that it's going to be selling Muvi's "Micro DV" camera, claimed to be the smallest camcorder in the world. The tiny device measures 5.5 x 2 x 1.6cm, but can capture video at 640 x 480 resolution at 30fps with its 2-megapixel sensor. It records to SD cards and comes with a 2GB card, though that can be expanded to 8GB if you buy your own.
A built-in mic also offers noise activation. If it captures 65 decibels of sound, then it can turn itself on and keep recording until there's two minutes of silence. A rechargable Li-ion battery is included, which charges via USB.
Lastly, the company is offering an "Extreme Sports Pack", too, which includes everything you need to videotape your exploits. That includes a variety of clips, brackets and protective sleeves to keep the camera held tight in place.
The Micro DV camera costs £80, and the Extreme Sports Pack is a further £20. Cameras, Camcorders, Digital cameras, Muvi, Gadgets, IWOOT
