Tesco has jumped into the mobile broadband market with the launch of its offerings at what it says are "market leading prices".

Customers can now pick up free laptops and netbooks at www.tescocontractmobilephones.com as part of a "build your own" mobile broadband offer.

The deal lets people choose from over 30 laptops or netbooks coupled with mobile broadband packages from a selection of the mobile networks, in what Tesco boasts is the largest build your own range from any high-street retailer.

A top deal that Tesco highlights is the Dell Studio XPS 16 coupled with a 24-month 3 mobile broadband package at £29.36 a month, which is said to save consumers £464 off the retail price.
