Here's one that will send a shudder through anybody who relies on a computer, and subsequently IT support, to get through their working day.

Security experts, posing as IT engineers, simply ask people for the usernames and passwords.

And they get them. In one experiment they successfully retrieved security details from 85% of the people they asked.

So, remember: just say no.
