Since announcing DJ Hero at the start of May, Activision's been rather quiet. Now however, a little more detail is starting to emerge about the company's plans for the wheels of steel.

The trailer features a mashup of Gwen Stefani's "Hollaback Girl" and Rick James' "Give It To Me Baby". There's plenty of scratching and female avatars jiggling too. A sample of the costume options are shown, including a cowboy hat, feather mask and even wings!

We'll be rocking our fake decks come October 2009.
