HP has unveiled the latest addition to its mini PCs, the Compaq Mini 110c. Following on from the Compaq Mini 700, the Atom-powered 110c gets a 10.1-inch BrightView display and a 92% of full size keyboard.

Weighing in at 1.17kg (with a 3-cell battery) and around 33mm thick, features include a 160GB hard drive, Intel GMA 950 graphics, built-in webcam and microphone, WLAN and optional WWAN, 3 USB ports, a 5-in-1 card reader and an optional HD Video Accelerator.

Looks-wise, the Compaq Mini 110c offers "an exquisite casing adorned with HP’s durable high-gloss Imprint finish available in the striking black checked design of Unity".

Ben Perrins, HP's consumer business development manager, says the Compaq 110c is "the perfect companion PC for cost and style-conscious mobile consumers looking for supreme connectivity and a familiar Windows experience in a mini that can be carried anywhere".

The Compaq Mini 110c will be available in the UK from August at a recommended street price starting at £279.
