Teufel announces System 5 THX Select 2

Company claims "world's first" THX Select 2 certified home theatre system

Teufel has announced the launch of its System 5 THX Select 2 home theatre system. The company says that it's the first in the world to meet the THX Select 2 standard.

The system features three loudspeaker models - S 500 FCR front loudspeakers, two S 500 D dipoles for rear speakers, and a pair of 300mm S 5000 SW subwoofers that go as low as 25Hz.

If 5.1 isn't quite enough for you, and you want lots of bass, then the company promises that this 5.2 system will deliver "incredible sound" and is suitable for spaces up to 50 square metres in size. It's yours in June for 1600 euros, which is about £1400 at current exchange rates.
