Nokia's confident that the launch of its 5800 Comes with Music edition will make everyone's phones and MP3 players obsolete. So much so, that if you're willing to give them up, the company will give you 50% off the cost of the handset. The offer is only open to the first 100 shoppers who come to Nokia's Regent Street store in London between 12 midday and 1pm on 22 May 2009. You'll need to bring a mobile phone of any brand and type and one iPod or other MP3 player.
No ghetto blasters though, the terms and conditions state that the MP3 player "must be portable and have a dedicated playkey and a 3.5mm jack". Bring photo ID too, because they'll be immediately registering your Comes with Music account.
If you're not able to make it down on the 22 May, then you'll be pleased to hear that from 1 week later - Friday 29 May - you'll be able to get the 5800 Comes with Music from Orange or Phones 4U. Contracts will start at £24.50 a month. Phones, Audio, Mobile phones, MP3 players, Nokia, Comes with music
