Paul McCartney's Rock Band bass revealed

As you know, The Beatles: Rock Band is on the horizon, and dated for the 9 September - less than 4 months away.

As a result, we're starting to see more details coming out about the game, including all of the special edition controllers, which we've brought you some news of previously.

But now here are pics of Paul McCartney's Hofner 500/1 violin bass replica controller from the game, which will sit happily alongside John Lennon's Rickenbacker 325 and George Harrison's Gretsch Duo Jet.

These special replica instruments will only be available in the Limited Edition Premium Bundle, but they'll be compatible with all versions of the multi-platform game.

And, be aware that although there will be three guitars in the pack, the game will only support two at a time...
