Whoops! Over the weekend, someone at Sony Russia got a bit ahead of themselves and accidentally uploaded a page showing off a new range of Sony Alpha cameras. The 230, 330 and 380 have been revealed, and don't come as a total surprise. They confirm rumours that have been swirling around for some time about the existence of a revised range of Alpha DSLRs, which Sony's been rather quiet about lately.
If the leak is correct, the upgrade consists mainly of cosmetic improvements - smaller cases and a better interface. However there's now also HDMI-out and a feature that allows you to control a camera with your TV remote.
There's still no video mode, which won't please those disappointed by its absence from the Alpha 350, but if you're hunting for a budget DSLR option from Sony then it seems soon you'll have a little bit more choice. Cameras, DSLR cameras, Digital cameras, Sony, Rumours
