A European-exclusive Guitar Hero Metallica Solo Guitar Game bundle has been announced ahead of the game's launch in the UK.Activision has now revealed that the bundle will contain an exclusive guitar controller faceplate featuring the "iconic" Metallica skull motif, a copy of the game and a wireless guitar controller.
With a set list of over 45 "explosive" hits from both Metallica's back catalogue as well as more than 20 artists selected by the band, Guitar Hero Metallica offers gameplay via the guitar controller, the drum kit controller and the mic.
Fans can perform in venues "reminiscent of the band's epic album covers" and the game features "Metallifacts", which lets players "enjoy a virtual concert filled with on-screen facts and trivia about the song being played".
Guitar Hero Metallica is set to be released in the UK on 29 May for the Wii, the Xbox 360, the PS2 and PS3. Pricing for the bundle is £79.99, but some retailers are doing pre-orders for £69.99. Gaming, Music games, Guitar Hero, Metallica, Activision
