Scottish Team triathletes for the XVIII Commonwealth Games in Melbourne in March have selected Aqua Sphere goggles. The triathletes are Scottish and Home Nations elite champion, Kerry Lang, and European No 9 triathlete and World No 3 Duathlete, Catriona Morrison.

Aqua Sphere's Kaiman goggle is acclaimed by many swimmers to be the finest hydrodynamic goggle on the market. The goggle offers 180 degree wide-angled vision. Combining a traditional look with state-of-the-art materials for optimum comfort, the Kaiman goggle does not restrict your field of vision like some other goggles can, and its two lenses offer uninterrupted visibility which is practically identical to your normal vision out of the water.

Kaiman goggles are approximately 10% wider than other models, which not only enhances visibility, but the increased surface area of the seal reduces the chance of leaks. The Softeril seal uses a hypoallergenic material which is soft, comfortable and free of harmful substances - and retains its shape - swim after swim.

Morrison says of Aqua Sphere's Kaiman swim goggle: “I can honestly say that the Kaiman is the best goggle that I have ever used in terms of clarity, range of vision and comfort“.

Gordon Crawford, Scottish Commonwealth Games Triathlon Team Manager and Coach says: “I have found the construction and quality of Aqua Sphere's Kaiman goggles to the best on the market. The 180 degree vision is fantastic both in the pool and open water”.

Aqua Sphere Kaiman and Seal goggles were famously used in the TV series “I'm a Celebrity, Get me Out of Here!” on ITV to keep the bugs out of our celebrities' precious eyes. Prices for the Kaiman goggle range start at only £9. Available from good swim and triathlon retailers. More information can be found at aquasphereuk.co.uk.
