Sports-themed iPlayer rival Setanta-i launches

Online catch-up service for sports fans

Setanta's new online video offering, Setanta-i is now live, offering iPlayer-esque services for sports fans.

Replacing "Setanta By Broadband", the new on-demand service will offer both live and catch-up coverage of Setanta programming.

As well as content from the English Premier League, there is boxing, rugby and more available on both a free - and no doubt more frequently - pay basis.

Powered by Swarmcast, the service requires its "Autobahn" plug-in, as well as Microsoft's Silverlight software to work.
