In the States, PeeWee has announced the availability of the PeeWee Pivot tablet laptop aimed at children aged between 3- and 10-years-old.Weighing in at 3 pounds, the tablet is rugged with spill and drop resistance. Powered by the Intel Atom processor, the device gets a rotating touchscreen with a stylus and a - we're not making this up - Walt Disney Windows XP theme.
Features include a 1.3-megapixel webcam "perfect for video chatting with mums and dads who have to travel".
The tablet come comes complete with 10 "age appropriate" software and game titles as well as a security suite, giving parents full control of settings, as well as internet browsing.
