Pioneer has announced that is has developed the NavGate AVIC-F9110BT, a navigation and multimedia centre for a range of VW, Skoda or Seat cars.

The AVIC-9110BT is an all in one solution offering a 5.8-inch WVGA touch panel screen with voice-guided GPS for 44 European countries using built-in TeleAtlas maps including over 1.7 million points of interest and traffic info.

Video can be watched on the screen, loaded on to SD cards, USB devices or DVDs, while music playback comes in with CD, as well as MPS, WAV or AAC playback. iPod hook-up is possible thanks to an optional cable, and there's a 50W x 4W MOSFET amplifier and 3 RCA outs.

Also including a Parrot Bluetooth module, the system will connect with your phone for wireless calls. The AVIC-F9110BT will be available from July 2009 as an option on 18 VW, Skoda and Seat vehicles.
