I always fancied becoming a movie producer.

Michael’s Resignation is a small-budget British film (somewhat aptly based on the credit crunch) which is looking for finance by selling “units” in its future success.

Buy a unit or two and when the film hits cinemas you can sit back and count the cash as it flows in.

That’s the theory and there’s nothing to say it won’t end up being the real deal.

Step aside Bruckheimer, Cameron and Scott - Hughesy is ready for his red carpet moment…
