Google launches News Timeline . Software, Google, Websites, Search engines, Online 1

Google has announced a new feature for searches - Google News Timeline that organises many different types of search results on a zoomable, graphical timeline.

Googlers can now search and browse results from Google News, including headlines, quotes, photos from Google's "Hosted News" partners, as well as YouTube partner videos.

There is also the chance to search thousands of archival newspapers and magazines from Google News Archive Search and Google Book Search.

Other options include blog search results, sports scores, as well as info about books, music, movies and video games to see how they've appeared over time.
