Coffee-guzzling iPhone owners will be pleased to hear that from 20 April they’ll get inclusive Wi-Fi while they down that chocco-mocho-vanilla-latte at Starbucks.
Starbucks has announced that all their shops will be kitted out with BT Openzone hotspots, allowing iPhone owners - and others that get free BT Openzone access such as iPass and Boingo customers - to get online at the same time as getting their caffeine fix.
iPhone owners will be able to use the Wi-Fi in 678 Starbucks stores from the roll out on April 20, while other O2 customers can sign up for BT Openzone access for £7.34 per month.
O2's mobile broadband customers will also be able to get free BT Openzone Wi-Fi from the summer onwards.
