Samsung B7610 Louvre revealed

Dutch leak

3 April 2009 13:15 GMT / By Amy-Mae Elliott

Rumoured since January, when it got a mention by UK etailer eXpansys, the Dutch branch of the Carphone Warehouse has leaked more information on a forthcoming Samsung phone.

Assuming the leak is correct, the Samsung B7610 "Louvre" is a Windows Mobile 6.1 smartphone in a slider form factor, said to be the successor to the F700.

Specs are said to include that full QWERTY keyboard, UMTS/HSDPA connectivity, a 5-megapixel camera and the possibility of Wi-Fi too.

The Samsung B7610 Louvre is said to be due to hit shops around the first of July, but Samsung in the UK is offering a firm "no comment" as far as this news goes.
