LG Arena coming to Orange and T-Mobile

Vodafone, O2, and 3 lose out

LG will be launching the new LG Arena on Orange and T-Mobile in the UK Pocket-lint has learnt.

The phone, which first debuted at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona earlier in the year, will be available to Orange and T-Mobile customers keen to get their hands on the new touch screen mobile phone from the Koreans.

The Orange unit will come in a silver colour while the T-Mobile version will be be available in titanium black.

"Vodafone is likely to stock the handset", LG mobile boss John Barton told Pocket-lint.

The new handset is aggressively taking on the multimedia phone sector, hoping to appeal to music and film fans with the inclusion of DivX and Dolby Mobile.

The handset is due to hit the UK this weekend.
