Microsoft has announced that exclusive add-ons for the Halo and Gears of War franchises will be headlining Xbox Live's DLC line-up for the spring.On 31 March, the Snowblind map pack will give Gears of War 2 gamers the chance to explore four new winter-themed environments, namely Grindyard, Under Hill, Courtyard, and a frozen version of Gears of War favourite, Fuel Depot.
Following closely after on 9 April will be the highly-anticipated Halo 3 Mythic Map Pack. This will feature three new maps in total, including Assembly, Orbital and Sandbox.
Both of these game add-ons will be exclusive to Xbox Live, and will cost 800 Microsoft Points.
As well as these two headliners, Xbox Live will also have exclusives for a number of other games. This includes new Fallout 3 episode, The Pitt, on 24 March and the Left 4 Dead Survival pack on 21 April.
