Scope Node mouse launches in Japan

Elecom Japan has launched its latest high-end mouse that claims to be "like holding a pen".

After taking a look at its off-centre laser sensor, what we guess what it means is that it provides a more pen-like experience. The 1600dpi laser sensor is now placed closer to where the pen tip would be when held in your hand, apparently making it more precise.

It's only currently available in Japan for 6300 yen (around £46), but if you really fancy trying it out you'll probably be able to get your hands on it if you don't mind forking out a fortune for shipping.
