Toshiba has announced that it has updated its Dynadock docking station for laptop users looking to tidy up their desks.

The new Dynadock U10 promises to output high-definition video content up to a resolution of 1920 x 1080p, alongside allowing you to connect up to 7 USB 2.0 devices via its plethora of ports (1 x Type B female and 6 x Type A male connectors) .

The device connects any laptop, says Toshiba, via a single USB port to all common office peripherals including monitors, mice, printers, Ethernet networks, serial devices, microphones, headphones and 5.1 digital audio equipment.

USB connectivity also allows the Dynadock U10 to double up as a charging station for portable devices, using Toshiba’s "Sleep & Charge" feature.

The device which is due to hit the shops in the next couple of weeks will cost £109.99.
