Samsung has unveiled a new MP3 and MP4 player, with little fanfare, on its US website.

The Q2 appears to be the big brother of the Q1 with a similar design but the boast of 50 hours battery life.

The Q2 looks to be available in 8GB and 16GB varieties and offers a 2.4-inch screen that can display both portrait and landscape.

With DNSe 3.0 tech for sound quality, it's due to be available in black and white and comes complete with FM tuner.

We'll bring you more specs, and availability and pricing, as we have it.
