Chinese hackers crack iTunes voucher codes

$200 of credit for $3

Chinese hackers have managed to crack Apple's coding system for iTunes vouchers using key-generators.

The crack means the hackers are selling voucher codes for $200 worth of iTunes Store credit for as little as $3.

The codes are currently on sale on Chinese online stores but are reported to have so far not made it out of the Republic in a big way.

MusicAlly points out that this will be seen as a particularly grave threat to Apple as they are reportedly about to launch the iPhone in China.

Apple recently opened a "second hand" shop in the country selling refurbished goods.
