Nokia is offering an intriguing sounding application for its E71 Eseries smartphone. The "Text Art" widget created by "generative artist" Marius Watz transforms an ordinary text message into a work of art.
Nokia says of the app: "Simply type in your message and watch it transform before you. These transformed messages can be sent to friends via MMS, or downloaded as wallpapers".
Presumably something you need to see working to really "get" it, the Text Art app is available to download on Nokia's E71 sub-site now. Phones, Apps, SMS, Nokia
