Amazon MP3 offers tracks for 29p

The Amazon.co.uk MP3 store has announced a new promotion that will let consumers purchase ten tracks from chart-topping artists for 29p.

The promotion, which is live now and will run for a limited time only, features songs from the likes of Kings of Leon, Coldplay, The Killers, The Prodigy and Lady GaGa.

Eminem, Dr Dre and 50 Cents' "Crack a Bottle" track, that recently broke the most-downloaded-in-the-first-week record, is also among the 29p offerings.

The iTunes-beating pricing joins Amazon's current £3 album offers which currently include Prodigy's new offering "Invaders Must Die".
