Asus has launched the super-slim EEE PCT 1008HA, a netbook measuring just 1-inch thick at its thinnest part.Channelling more than a hint of the Apple's MacBook Air, the 1008HA weighs in at just 1.1kg and looks rather swish in a white "pearlescent" casing.
Asus are being quite shy with the specs at the moment, but we do know you can expect a 92%-scaled keyboard, a 1.3-megapixel camera and connectivity options of 802.11b/g/n wireless, Bluetooth 3G and WiMAX.
The 1008HA also features a desktop application bar called "Eee Docking" providing one-click access to a full suite of software.
There are few other details available at the moment, but word is that the price will come in cheaper than the high-end S101. We'll keep you updated on any news we get. Hardware, Netbooks, Laptops, Asus Eee, Asus
