Once upon a time, a man strapped an engine to a pushbike and thought: "that's really cool".

You can pretty much guarantee that his next thought would have been: "now let's see how far I can jump this thing"

Move on a few years and you have New Year's Eve 2008 and Robbie Madison (nickname: Maddo - oh, the irony) trying to jump his dirtbike on to the top of a Las Vegas landmark. And back down again...

Yes, it's bonkers, but it's also one of the most amazing bike stunts ever performed and well worth a few seconds of your time.
