LG Electronics has unveiled its portable projector, the HS102, in the UK. The company claims a compact design and simple plug and play functionality for the new gadget.Measuring 154 x 117 x 50mm and weighing in at 780 grams, the HS102 is said to be handbag or laptop bag-friendly and is capable of projecting images up to 60 inches in size.
The HS102 uses an LED bulb for long life as well as using DLP tech and includes in-built speakers and a remote control.
The projector has a digital contrast ratio of 2000:1, SVGA 800 x 600 resolution, 16:9 and 4:3 aspect ratio and 160 ANSI-Lumens brightness.
In addition, there's embedded DivX technology, it's compatible with standard digital camera tripods and gets glowing red touch buttons to operate it.
