Acer has announced the UK availability of its K10 pico projector. The K10 is the first Acer projector to use LED lamp technology as well as the more usual DLP tech from Texas Instruments. With a lamp life of 20,000 hours, the K10 weighs in at just over half a kilo and measures 127 x 122mm.
The portable projector offers 100 ANSI Lumens, 2000:1 contrast ratio, and can project both 4:3 and widescreen format images up to 60 inches.
The only bad news is that instead of the £300 price point slated when the K10 was revealed back in December, pricing has now been confirmed as £401.35, including VAT. Home Cinema, Projectors, Pico projectors, Acer, Texas Instruments
