Fancy a netbook? You could do a lot worse than checking out Toshiba's 8.9-inch NB100, on sale from Misco at £215.

Described as a "stylish, compact device with advanced communication and multimedia capabilities" it weighs in at less than a kilo and measures 225 x 190 x 33mm.

Powered by the 1.6GHz Intel Atom CPU, the Toshiba NB100 runs Linux Ubuntu and gets 802.11 b/g Wi-Fi, webcam, card reader and an 80GB hard drive. You also get a widescreen TruBrite display offering 1024 x 600 resolution with LED backlighting.

Its super light weight means that this could be well worth checking out for anyone who needs to get online when out and about.
