Sega announces March launch for Madworld for Wii

"Ultra-violent", black and white, graphic novel-style game for grown-ups

Sega has announced that Madworld for the Nintendo Wii will be released in March 2009.

Developed by PlatinumGames, Madworld is described as an "inventive third-person action game with a unique black and white graphical style, creating a beautifully rendered gameworld reminiscent of graphic novel".

Promising irreverent humour and over-the-top violence, Sega says the game will deliver a "visceral and unique gaming experience currently missing on the Wii system".

Gamers will play as Jack playing "Death Watch", a murderous game created by a terrorist group with puzzle solving, fighting and "ultra-violent" mini games.
