Halo Wars developer says no to PC version

You'll have to go Xbox 360 if you like it or not

Ensemble Studios has confirmed to Pocket-lint that there are no plans to bring the new Halo Wars Real Time Strategy out soon on the Xbox 360 game to the PC.

"We have no plans at the moment for a PC version, but I would never say never", Jason Pace, the lead developer for the game told Pocket-lint, giving a glimmer of hope to PC fans of the Halo franchise.

The news is likely to come as a blow to PC fans hoping to experience the new Halo game away from the living room any time soon.

"The controls have been fundamentally configured and reconceptualised for the console", Pace told us."So moving them over to the PC would be just as difficult to move them to the PC as moving a PC game to the console".

Sounds like a no for now then.

The game, which is due out a the end of February in the UK will allow you to control multiple Master Chiefs against the Covenant.
