Flash mob recreates T-Mobile advert

Facebook-organised event sees 12,000 in "silent disco"

It seems T-Mobile's recent "Life's for sharing" stunt that saw hundreds of pretend commuters break into a choreographed dance routine at London's Liverpool Street Station was a success.

So much so, that over 10,000 people attempted to recreate the event at 7pm Friday night, flocking to the station for an unofficial "silent disco".

The 12,000-strong crowd, listening to music through headphones, broke into dance at 7pm for around 15 minutes, causing police to close the station due to over-crowding fears.

The event was organised through social networking site Facebook with an event dubbed "Liverpool Street Station Silent Dance" that saw interest from 13,000 Facebook members.
