Live long, and prosper

Toy maker Vivid is bringing fans of Star Trek the chance to recreate the latest movie with a number of new Star Trek toys including a voice changing Captain Kirk space helmet.
Boldly going where every toy maker has gone before, the company will also release 12 detailed 3.75-inch collectible action figures so you can act out your favourite scenes.
Supposedly featuring "life-like character features" and fully articulated limbs for added realism we can see the resemblance of Chris Pine (Kirk) and Heroes' Zachary Quinto (Spock), but the Scotty action figure (second row far left) doesn't look anything like Spaced actor Simon Pegg.
The toys are promised on shelf for £6.99 just as JJ Abrams' Star Trek hits cinemas in May.
